These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bola88 sports betting platform, including the website, mobile application, and all services provided by Bola88 to its users in Malaysia.

• Non-Employee: Bola88 employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to register as regular members.

Registering a Bola88 account is free and can be done through our platform. During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your MyKad or passport
• An active email address that belongs to you
• An active Malaysian mobile number
• Exact date of birth
• A strong and unique password

Bola88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding RM2,000. Documents commonly required include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of current address.

Bola88 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

Key terms governing deposits and withdrawals on Bola88 that all members must comply with:

• Deposit and withdrawal methods must be under the same name as the registered Bola88 account. Bola88 does not permit deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts.
• Bola88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the member's name. Bola88 does not process withdrawals to overseas accounts.
• Bola88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Funds received through bonuses or promotions are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Bola88 offers a variety of exciting bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each promotion.

General terms applicable to all Bola88 bonuses and promotions:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Every bonus received must be wagered in accordance with the specified rollover multiplier (typically between 5x and 15x depending on the bonus type) before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Any bonus not utilised within that period will expire automatically with no compensation.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Members are eligible to hold only one active bonus at any given time, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Betting Limits with Bonus: While meeting rollover requirements, the maximum bet using bonus funds is RM200 per single wager, unless otherwise stated.
• Eligible Markets: Sports bonus rollover requirements can only be fulfilled through bets placed at odds of 1.50 or above. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 will not count towards the rollover.
• Bonus Abuse Policy: Bola88 actively monitors all bonus activity. Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including hedge betting or the use of multiple accounts, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All bets placed on the Bola88 platform are subject to the following rules. Members are responsible for ensuring they understand these rules before placing any bet.

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet has been confirmed by the Bola88 system, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or withdrawn by the member, unless the Cash Out feature is activated before the match ends.
• Odds Subject to Change: Displayed odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The applicable odds are those at the time of bet confirmation, not the odds shown when the selection was made.
• Postponed or Cancelled Matches: If a match is delayed by more than 12 hours from the original scheduled time or cancelled entirely, all related bets will be refunded at odds of 1.00.
• Odds Error: Bola88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous or resulting from a technical system error.
• Maximum Winnings: The maximum winnings per single betting ticket is RM500,000, unless a lower limit has been set for a specific sport or market.
• Live Betting: Live betting is subject to a delay between on-field action and odds updates on the Bola88 platform due to data transmission latency. All live bets are final once confirmed.

Bola88 has a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, abuse, and unethical conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Registering more than one account in your own name or using another person's identity
• Money laundering or using the Bola88 platform for any unlawful financial activity
• Attempts to hack, damage, or interfere with the functionality of the Bola88 platform
• Using bots, automated programmes, or third-party tools to place bets or manipulate the system
• Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities with malicious intent — members are required to report any errors discovered to the support team
• Colluding with other members to abuse bonuses or manipulate betting outcomes
• Providing false or misleading information to the support team or during the KYC process
• Any form of threats, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour directed at Bola88 staff

Bola88 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Recommendations or directives from legal or regulatory authorities
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• Voluntary account closure requested by the member (including self-exclusion requests)
• Suspected fraud or unlawful activity

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the Bola88 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the original payment method once the verification process is completed within 5–7 business days.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close the account for a minimum period of 6 months or on a permanent basis
